Greetings BBCan Fans! It's the next to the last episode of a very shortened season. Yesterday the BBCAN8 producers made the official announcement that production has halted due to Covid-19 fears. They also announced that there would be two final episodes. The first one airs tonight, with a Season finale airing next week. So now that the season is canceled, what's going to be in tonight's episode? We will all have to find out together. I'm not sure if it's going to matter, but here is the cheat-sheet for this evening: The show starts at 7:00. I hope you can join us

Greetings BBCan fans! Tonight, BBCan will try to set the re-set button for this very rocky season. As we know from Thursday's episode, both Jamar and Kyle were expelled from the BBCan house. Jamar was expelled for breaching house rules and Kyle was expelled for "a pattern of problematic behavior" (which for some reason we are not allowed to see). Because of this unforeseen event, Big Brother decided to cancel the eviction for the week. That means that Minh-Ly and Rianna did not have to face an eviction vote. It also meant that Head of Household Sheldon was now free to compete in the next HOH competition. Tonight, Big Brother will try to get things back to normal by crowning a new Head of Household. Started in the last episode, the competition had the players in sleeping bags holding on to a bar for as long as they could. If they let go, they would slide into the pillows and would be eliminated from the competition. As we left the house, Angie, Carol, Brooke, and Rianne had already been eliminated. So we have only 9 players left vying for the title of Head of Household tonight. After the new HoH is named, we will then move on to the paid promotions for the evening. Our new HoH will try on a new pair of Sketchers and dine on a Wendy's meal before deciding on the nominations. Since one person in the house is asking to be evicted this week, the nomination choice should not be that difficult. So, here is your cheat-sheet for the evening: You will notice that Michael is still the only house-guest to be voted out of the house.
The fun starts at 8:00. I hope you can join us. ![]() Greetings BBCan fans and welcome to a very special episode of "Who wants to have a House Meeting?". As we started the episode last night, Rianne and Maddy were on the block for eviction. Head of Household Sheldon nominated the female half of "The Evictors" alliance hoping to evict Rianne. A monkey wrench was thrown into Sheldon's plan when the team of John Luke and Maddy won the "Prom night" veto competition. This meant that Maddy could pull herself off the nomination block. John Luke was now safe from the block as well. Despite a tearful and sometimes angry plea from Minh-ly, Sheldon decided that she should be the one to go up in Maddy's place. In tonight's episode, we will see Ri and Minh-Ly campaign to save themselves from eviction. Minh-Ly finds herself fighting an uphill battle to stay this week. Maybe a House Meeting will help clear the air. I mean House Meetings in the BBcan house always go so well. What could go wrong? So here is your cheat-sheet for the evening: The fun starts at 8:00. I hope you can join us
Welcome BBCan fans! We've got a very different Power of Veto competition for you tonight, followed by the Veto meeting. When we last left the BBCan house, our HoH, Sheldon had just nominated Rianne and Madeline for eviction. Sheldon's targeting "The Evictors" alliance isn't that surprising, "The Evictors" (Michael, Rianne, Madeline and John Luke) did a very poor job of hiding the fact that they were in an alliance. In nominating the two ladies, Sheldon was hoping to avoid making waves in the house. Will Sheldon be able to slide through his HoH without any drama? The Power of Veto could change his plans. Tonight Madeline, Rianne, and three house-guests picked at random will compete in the Power of Veto competition, but they won't be alone. Big Brother has decided to throw a twist into the competition this week by having the competition be played in pairs. Each of the contestants gets to pick a partner to play with them. That means a total of 10 house-guests will be competing for the POV tonight. After the Power of Veto is won, we will then see if the power will be used in the POV meeting. Will Sheldon's nominations hold? We will find out tonight. Quick Note: The least problematic version of North American Big Brother got very problematic this week. A quick Google search will give you the details if you want to see them. I expect Big Brother will deal with the controversy on Thursday's show. I'm hoping the edited show will shed more light on what happened (The feeds were down for 22 hours during and after the drama). I'm trying to hold off judgement until all the facts are in, but I'm more than prepared to scream THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED! So here is your cheat-sheet for the evening: The fun starts at 7:00. I hope you can join us.
![]() Greetings Big Brother Fans! In our last episode, Michael became the first person to be evicted from the Big Brother Canada 8 house. He was evicted in a 9-3 vote, with the three votes coming from his fellow alliance members Maddie, John Luke, and Rianne. Michael had no sooner said his goodbyes before we moved on to the start of the next HoH competition. The competition was called "Slippery When Wet" and has the house-guests slipping and sliding across a greased mat to find yellow balls. They need to put those yellow balls in another house-guests tube. Once a house-guest gets ten balls in their tube, they’re eliminated. The first four players eliminated become Have-Nots for the week. The last player eliminated becomes Head of Household. As the show ended, Maddie had pretty much been eliminated with Vanessa (?) not that far behind. Tonight we will see the conclusion of the HOH competition along with any fallout from Michael's elimination. Then we will see the contestants strategizing for the nominations. Of course, it wouldn't be BBCan without those shameless commercial plugs, so tonight we will also be seeing our new HoH fawning over a brand new pair of Sketchers and scarfing down that obligatory Wendy's meal. To finish off the evening, we will find out who our new HoH plans to target in the Nomination Ceremony. So, here is your cheat-sheet for the evening: The fun starts at 8:00. I hope you can join us.
Greetings Big Brother fans! Tonight we will see the first eviction vote of the season. The house-guests will be voting to send either Michael or Brooke packing this evening. Head of Household Chris (with a little push from Kyle) set his sights on targeting Michael this week. Instead of putting Michael up directly, Chris opted for a risky backdoor plan. The week could have gone very wrong for our self-proclaimed "Brain Specialist" but his plan seems to have worked. One of Chis' nominees, Hira was able to pull himself off the block. This made way for Michael to be put up in his place. All Chris has to do now to get the house-guests to vote the way he wants. Michael's fellow members of "The Evictors" alliance (Madeline, Rianne, and John- Luke) tried to mount a campaign to save their friend, but their attempts to date have fallen flat. Minh-Ly, Vanessa and Carol considered flipping the vote during the week. At one point they actually had the votes to evict Brooke, but they dropped the attempt fearing that it was too early in the game to make waves. The girls could successfully attempt to flip the vote again before the vote tonight. I mean stranger things have happened in the BBcan house. Speaking of stranger things. Our evicted house-guest tonight will be meeting Arisa in an empty studio. Due to Coronavirus fears, the studio audience has been canceled for the evening. This may go on for the rest of the season. So, here is your cheat-sheet for the evening: The fun starts at 8:00. I hope you can join us.
Greetings BBCan fans! We've got the first Power of Veto competition and the first POV meeting coming up for you tonight. In the past, we've seen the first person to win HOH try to take out a safe and easy target, that won't be the case this time. Hoping to make a big move this week, Head of Household Chris, nominated two pawns, Brooke and Hira for eviction. His plan, however, is to set up a backdoor scenario for his real target, Michael. For his plan to work, Chris will need for the Veto to be won by anyone other than Michael or his allies. He then needs to make sure that the Veto is used on either Brooke of Hira so he can put Michael up in their place. It seems like a tall order to fill but maybe Chris can use his amazing brain powers to will it into being. We have learned from the live feeds that the POV competition was particularly difficult. One participant came out of it with bumps and bruises all over, while another was coughing up blood and a third was seriously thinking about quitting the game altogether. I doubt that the BBCan editors will show much of the aftermath of the competition, but we will see the competition itself tonight After the Power of Veto is won, we will then move on to see if it is used in the POV meeting. Can Chris set his backdoor plan in motion? We will find out tonight. Here is your cheat-sheet for the evening: The Fun starts at 7:00. I hope you can join us.
Greetings BBCan Fans! We are on to week two in the BBCan house. We had a crazy week last week with no HoH and a contestant choosing to walk out the door instead of facing a house-guest vote. You would think after all that craziness that the house-guests would want to take a breath before resuming the game. They do not. This group of house-guests have been going non-stop since the feeds came up and I don't see them stopping anytime soon. The question is whether any of this will make it onto the episode, or will the editors gloss over it as they did in Season Six. My hope is that tonight we will see a detailed rundown of all the alliances and sub-alliances and fake alliances that have formed in the past week, but who am I kidding here, this is BBCan. What we'll probably see is a quick conclusion of the HoH competition, it looks like a crap-shoot comp. so it shouldn't take long. I'm guessing that next we will move on to a very edited segment devoted to life in the house, mostly highlighting silly conversations or perhaps some of the flirting going on in the house. This will then be most likely followed by a "Trip to Wendy's" segment. If we're lucky we might get a hint of the crazy confusing game-play going on in this house before we get to the nomination ceremony, but I'm not holding my breath. It'll still probably be an entertaining hour though. So here is your cheat-sheet for the evening: The fun starts at 8:00. I hope you can join us.
Greetings BBCan fans! It is the second night of the two-night premiere and things are off to an interesting start. Last night our new house-guests found out that there would be no HoH this week. Instead, the BBCan audience had already voted based on initial reactions who to keep safe this week. The house-guests then found out that the four people with the fewest votes from the public would be at risk of being the first person to be evicted from the house. The four who found themselves at risk for elimination, after receiving the least number of public votes were; Nico, Minh-Ly, Susanne and Chris. It was also revealed that these house-guests will have three opportunities to save themselves from eviction, a physical challenge, a mental challenge and a social challenge (a.k.a. the house-guest vote for eviction). The first of these challenges was held last night. In the first challenge, the house-guests had to hold on to a rope holding up a car. The last player who could keep their car from falling for the longest time could save themselves from eviction this week. After a 40 intense minute competition, Minh-Ly held on to her rope the longest, winning herself safety for the week. Tonight the remaining three “at-risk” house-guests will take part in a mental agility challenge. The winner of this competition will be safe from the block this week. The house-guests will then vote for which one of the remaining two contestants to send home. So here is your cheat-sheet for the evening: The fun starts at 8:00. I hope you can join us!
Greetings BBCan fans! Welcome to the "Supersized" eighth season of Big Brother Canada. Tonight we will watch as 16 new house-guests move in to the Big Brother house. They will get to know each other and have the obligatory champagne toast to the new season. After that the house-guests will probably get the news about the first big twist of the season, there will be no Head of Household this week. Instead Big Brother has come up with a whole new way to pick the dreaded first week nominees. Last week when Big Brother revealed the cast they also announced a vote to decide who would be safe the first week. It was later revealed that the four house-guests with the lowest number of votes would be in immediate danger. These four will have to compete in two challenges one physical and one mental. The winners of these challenges will earn safety for the week. The other two will find themselves on the block for eviction this week. We will find out the names of the unlucky house-guests tonight. We will also see some, if not all of the first competition tonight. So here is a cheat-sheet for the evening: The fun starts at 7:00 I'm hoping I can join you!
