Hello RTV Fanatics Unite fans! From Ricky the Rat, Rufus the Rat Terrier, And of course, me, Catlover04! Hello RTV people, How are YOU on this beautiful Easter Sunday morning? I really am going to keep it short. Getting my day started earlier on this Easter morning. Enjoyed a couple of movies over the weekend: "The Resurrection of Gavin Stone", which I have found is no longer available on Netflix! So I had to rent it from Prime. Still, a delightful movie. The old classic "Easter Parade"... a great musical starring Judy Garland, Fred Astaire and Peter Lawford. And a new one from Great American Family called "Just In Time"... Hannah and her husband Rowan are trying to have a baby. When Hannah receives a call from a stranger who claims to have discovered a long-lost heirloom from her family, she sees that the answers to all she seeks will be revealed in God's time. Simply a lovely movie, about a struggling couple who find healing for their marriage and their souls during this Easter season. Sunday, March 31st "Tracker: Chicago", Season 1 Episode 7, 8 pm on CBS Colter, Bobby and Reenie race against time to track down a talented MMA fighter who disappeared while trying to solve her family's trouble with their visas. Visas? Let's hope this means Justin runs into legal problems, requiring help from his comic-relief providing attorney (who was absent last week). "The Way Home: Bring Me To Life", Season 2 episode 10, 9 pm on Hallmark Del, Kat, Alice and Elliot each receive answers about their past and present, while hope for the future brings new questions. Seems it would be easy to work an Easter theme into this show.... Monday, April 1st No MasterChef Junior tonight .... ... because Fox is having an IHeart Radio music thing. We have no idea why. "Deal or No Deal Island: Are You Intentional?", Season 1, Episode 6, 10 pm on NBC The remaining eight players continue their quest for the big prize; explosive drama unfolds as the banker presents a game-changing personal offer; the group wrangles with snakes of all kinds. I maintain.. fun little show, even with the excessive Boston Rob (#HeeHeeHee) Tuesday, April 2nd "Will Trent: Capt Duke Wagner's Daughter", Season 2 Episode 5, 8 pm on ABC As threats against Amanda escalate, Will investigates, narrowing down a list of potential suspects; Amanda is forced to confront moments from her past; Ormewood struggles in Gina's absence. Hard to predict where this week's comic relief will be provided..... "The Rookie: The Vow", Season 6 Episode 5, 9 pm on ABC When a toddler is found at the scene of a crime, John and Bailey must decide whether to let the child go to a shelter for the night or care for her themselves; when someone from his past returns, Tim disappears and leaves Lucy in the dark. So many questions here! From Tim's "professional" or "personal" past? A male or female "someone"? And why would you leave Lucy in the dark when you just KNOW she is dying to put into action the detective skills she was unjustifiably robbed of professionally using?? Sounds like Tim is pretty much screwed here! Wednesday, April 3rd "Survivor 46: Cancel Christmas" (hmmm, no), Episode 6, 8 to 9:30 pm on CBS Castaways hit the ground running to figure out where the cracks are within the other tribes; the players hope to find new life in the game if they can earn the merge. "Earn" the merge? Oh dear God, does this mean the merge might be "turned back" for a completely idiotic reason that only Probst will want? Has he not learned that the entire audience is through with this? "The Amazing Race: Those Who Wander Are Not Lost", Season 36 Episode 4, 9:30 pm on CBS Teams para-glide their way to the start of this leg in Medellín, Colombia, where they must choose between detours getting in sync or decoding a rebus puzzle. Uh, producers? You're aware that there are five other continents on the planet Earth, right? "Resident Alien: Homecoming", Season 3 Episode 8 FINALE, 10 pm on Syfy Harry and Asta team up with an unlikely ally to try to save the Earth. (Doesn't this happen every week?) Thursday, April 4th "Ghosts: Hello Brother", Season 3 Episode 6, 8:30 pm on CBS Trevor's brother Jeremy checks into Woodstone after discovering a loophole in the Woodstone Rewards Points program. I'd suggest the attorney from "Tracker" drop by for both legal advice and comic relief, but since this show is a comedy..... "Next Level Chef: Squad Goals", Season 3 Episode 11, 8 pm on Fox The eight remaining competitors must work together in teams to create a cohesive three-course meal; with only 30 minutes on the clock, the team with the winning menu remains safe from elimination. "Elspeth: A Classic New York Character" Season 1 Episode 2 at 9 pm, and "Reality Shock", Episode 3 at 10 pm. After a loathed co-op board president of a luxury building falls to her death off her balcony, Elsbeth and Kaya are called to the scene where they meet Joann, a high-powered Manhattan real estate broker with huge clients and even bigger secrets. and then.... When a larger-than-life reality TV star is found dead in her bathtub, Elsbeth and Kaya investigate the circumstances around her death to determine if it was an accident or murder. Sad we have to have two "Elsbeth"s tonight instead of a "So Help Me Todd" but... since that is the case, we can either enjoy both episodes of this new show... or use one of these hours to chat the finale of "Resident Alien"... Friday, April 5th ... or we can do the "Resident Alien" finale chat on Friday. You guys let me know what you'd like to do. Happy EASTER everyone! These are my rat musings for the day. If anyone has anything to add, please do so in the comments.
