Hello Potential Masked Dancer Fans! The first group of five celebrities dance; the host and panelists try to guess their identities based on clues within their routines. First, "The Masked Singer" is a very fun show. And now, "The Masked Dancer". Can't wait to check this out. Hosted by Craig Robinson ("The Office") with panelists Ken Jeong (of course), Ashley Tisdale ("High School Musical" movies - "Suite Life of Zach and Cody" is what I know her from the best), and Paula Abdul (I think). This could be a lot of fun. I'm in. Anyone else? "Everybody MASK Now"... No one try to convince me that the first thing that went through your mind wasn't this... Who knows? Maybe Michael Scott (Steve Carell) will be one of our celebrity dancers since his former Office co-star is the host. Doubtful.. Who wants to Live Chat "The Masked Dancer" at 8 pm?

Hello TMS fans, Episode synopsis: "The three finalists perform one last time before all are unmasked and one singer takes home the trophy".
Two episodes tonight, but the first one seems like a recap show. Would you all care to do the finale at 9 pm after TAR? I think I would. I don't need the recap. Hmmm.... "Last Mask Standing". Wonder if Tim Allen will be the guest panelist? heh. His final season of "Last Man Standing" is soon to premiere on Fox. Final season... awwwww. I'll miss that show. In response to my own question since no one ever answered it: I plan to watch the finale show at 9 pm, skipping the recap show that will air at 8 pm at the same time as TSM. Anyone care to join me? Hello TAR fans, Episode synopsis reads like this: "With the $1 million prize on the line, the final three teams travel to New Orleans; one team is crowned the winner."
One more episode. Do we care who wins, or only care that one team DOESN'T win? Who wants to live chat the TAR finale at 8 pm? Hello I Can See Your Voice fans, And... I see no reason why we can't go ahead and catch the Finale of this show right after TAR. Anyone interested?
Regulars Cheryl Hines and Adrienne Houghton and guest panelists Joel McHale and Niecy Nash; one contestant performs with Katharine McPhee. I don't have a conflict. If you guys would rather wait... let me know. Hello Amazing Race fans, Episode Synopsis: In the first city sprint, the final four teams race through Manila, the capital of the Philippines. Will #TeamNFL finally realize they are NOT a part of the final three alliance (the #MineThree?) and learn that everyone left is out to stop them?
Doing the page early in case I run late, although right now I see no problem being home on time and available to play along tonight. Who wants to live race "The Amazing Chat" at 8 pm? Hello ICSYV fans, Regulars Cheryl Hines and Adrienne Houghton and guest panelists Nicole Byer and Jeff Dye; one contestant performs with Robin Thicke. ROBIN'S turn to be the "end of show" singer! Anyway, this is what it is: Monday plays episode nine, the second last ep. Then the Finale will air on Wednesday right after TMS (as usual) I admit, I'm more interested in this show as the priority at 8 pm. Anyone else? Hello Voice fans, Planning to do ICSYV at 8 pm, but wanted to get a page up for anyone who cares to chat. I need to catch up here. Perhaps at 9 pm I'll begin working on that....
Hello The Masked Singer fans, A two hour episode in which the finalists from all three groups perform in the semi-finals; THREE (!) contestants are unmasked. That's a lot of "Take it OFF!!!" ing!
Sorry this is a bit late. Just getting home... but not too late to initiate a chat for this delayed watch! Anyone wish to play? Hello The Amazing Race fans, Episode synopsis reads like this: "The final five teams race through Siem Reap, Cambodia, where they face the second and final double U-turn of the season."
AND in case you missed our joint commentary about this show so far... here is a replay: Only one episode tonight, and without #TeamBlondeBandits to kick around any more, the Mine Five will finally have to stop playing the "alliance game" and turn on each other. YES! I am with all of you - HATE that this season was taken over by five teams, rendering the act of "racing" useless for all the others. I mean... it's a RACE. Only ONE can win. Each team should have an equal shot to succeed, not be ganged up on by an alliance like that. But.. is it against The Amazing Race rules? (Nope). Don't think it is or ever HAS been. We've seen teams work together before to finish a difficult task - often that's a great strategy. A few times we've seen two or three teams stick together early in the game. But have we ever seen five teams stay so close to the end before? Perhaps the producers of TAR (like the ones on "Survivor") want the race to develop organically, without any interference by them of the choices made by the racers. A noble goal. Still, it definitely takes away from the enjoyment of the show when the result of a leg would clearly be determined in advance based on who was still in the game. If there ISN'T a rule against alliances, maybe there should be. I can't say #TeamBlondes were my FAVORITE team (though they win a ton of points for being such great sports and having a fantastic attitude throughout). But it was simply brutal watching them get yielded twice after having such bad luck with taxis and getting lost and all. Do I think they deserved to win the race? No... not at all. They finished last twice and both times got saved by a non-elimination leg (well, to be fair, that could be considered a karmic balancing act: they had great luck with NELs but horrible luck with bad cabbies. Both of these circumstances are beyond their own control. And we should mention that the first TAR Canada winners, father-and-son #TeamTimAndTim, were also saved by two NELs, and nobody had a bad word to say about that). But did they deserve to be ganged up on like that? Absolutely not. To "yield" the one team that were in last place on consecutive episodes - for no other reason than to protect your alliance - is horribly unfair. It's a RACE, people! Worry about your own game, not about anyone else's. And if you are going to use a yield, use it for the right reason: to hold up a strong team who is closest behind you. It's ridiculous to stop the one team that will never catch you, regardless of the yield. (And the most troubling sign: this new "alliance" strategy WORKED! The alliance formed in episode one did indeed turn out to be the final five. You can't help but feel all futures teams will want to repeat this, just to increase their chances of making it to the final five (or four, or three). So now, like "Survivor" and "Big Brother" and others, the top priority on episode one will be to instantly form a partnership based almost exclusively on age and physical appearance. TAR used to be fair to older racers, or players not in tip top physical condition. I hate the idea that this won't be the case any more). Rant over. Sorry I missed that last chat. But I'll be home in plenty of time for this week. Who wants to live race "The Amazing Chat" at 8 pm? |
