Hello RTV Fanatics Unite fans! From Ricky the Rat, Rufus the Rat Terrier, And, of course me, Catlover04! Good morning, RTV People, Running a bit late this morning - good thing I did most of this last night - so will keep this heading relatively short. Don't really have anything good to ramble on about anyway. Well, that's not true. I sort of do but I don't have time to do it justice. Another day. For now, will just say hope you all are having some gorgeous weather like I am and are getting a chance to enjoy it as much as possible. Just think, WM... in just a couple of short months, it will be "middle of the city BEACH Saturday's" for you. I bet you are just waiting in breathless anticipation for THAT. While we leave WM with THAT lovely thought, let's move on to our TV Week. Sunday, April 3rd Australian Survivor Week 10 Assuming we are jumping into Week 10 at 8 pm? At least one episode, since at 10 pm there is.... Sorry I haven't been keeping up with the chissy's. Just haven't had the motivation to listen through three hours of a podcast. Maybe I can just jump to the chissy part to get the chissy's. I had a hard time wanting to listen to it yesterday as her guest was Ricard. You know... the one partially implicated in making the word "guys" a dirty word? Just didn't care to listen to hear his take on it. So, listened to a thrilling audiobook reading of the first book in the "Left Behind" series instead. Spotify has everything. Anyway, sorry for the bunny trail. Heading to Church shortly, but will get the page up and the links sent out for the first episode sometime this afternoon. Who knows, maybe we will get a surprise appearance by DNA42 again. Was sure fun having him around a couple of weeks ago. "The Rookie: The Coding", Season 4 Episode 17, 10 pm on ABC Episode synopsis reads like this: Officer John Nolan and the team feel they must negotiate with a distraught man who is holding a hospital hostage to ensure his wife receives a lifesaving surgery. It's been a couple of weeks for this show. But since we have this at ten, we should only do on Australian Survivor tonight, I think. Monday, April 4th Though, by now I will be about 5 episodes behind on American Idol... big sigh.. Australian Survivor is just far more compelling to me so.... Australian Survivor Week 10, Night 2... 8 pm or closer to 9 ish? I don't see anything else we normally chat... so if we could do this episode closer to 9 pm that would actually be okay with me. Unless you guys would like it to be earlier. Tuesday, April 5th "This Is Us: Saturday In the Park" Season 6 Episode 11, 9 pm on NBC Episode synopsis reads like this: Rebecca and Miguel's anniversary barbecue does not go as planned. "Saturday, In the Park... I think it was the 4th of July People dancing; people laughing; a man selling ice cream Listen to the sounds.... " What are the odds we will hear THIS song in this episode? "The Thing About Pam: She's Not Who You Think She Is", 10 pm on NBC Episode synopsis reads like this: Pam gains notoriety once the "Dateline" episode airs; as she squares off against Betsy's daughters in a civil suit for the insurance money, public opinion turns against her; Leah Askey finds her seat as District Attorney challenged by Mike Wood. I just want to see Pam taken down and that DA Askey taken down with her. Assuming they are presenting this "true crime" story accurately, it angers me that this DA didn't do her job and only seems to care about her job and proving herself right instead of seeing an innocent man proven innocent. Imagine the damage to him and his daughters, the other "Victims" of this crime as not only did they have to lose their mom in such a horrific way, but they also had to lose their DAD for no reason at all. Okay, calm down, Catlover.... just breathe... heh. I just hope that, in the end, Leah Askey was removed from her position. Shall we chat it again this week? Wednesday, April 6th "Survivor Season 42: I'm Survivor Rich", Episode 5, 8pm on CBS Episode synopsis reads like this: Patience is running thin for some of the tribe members; immunity is on the line, and one tribe gets tied up. This is the second week in a row we get Tori in a preview pic. Why do I have a sneaking suspicion that Tori will be the one who is in trouble early on a lot but finds a scrappy way to save herself week after week till the end. We shall see. "Beyond the Edge: Not Here to Play, Here to Win", Season 1 Episode 4, 9 pm on CBS Episode synopsis reads like this: When a player falls overboard during the adventure challenge, one team must work together to save their teammate so they can remain in the race; the remaining celebrities struggle to sleep through the night after their camp is infested with ants. I've lost interest in this one but a page will be done for you guys. I really enjoy this Domino show the most so will dive into it at this 9 pm time. IF anyone is not watching THIS show and would like to do that with me, let me know. "Dominoes Masters: Water World" Season 1 Episode 5, 9 pm on Fox Episode synopsis reads like this: Four teams compete in the first night of the playoffs in an unbelievable domino toppling and chain reaction tournament with water world themes; the pressure is on as one wrong move could set off a chain reaction that knocks them out of the running. We have entered the Playoff rounds and I can't wait to see what these creative and ingenious people come up with. Who knew a show about domino building would be so enjoyable to me. Thursday, April 7th "Masterchef Junior Edition: Donut Holes and Hold Your Nose", Season 19 Episode 3, 8 pm on Fox Episode synopsis reads like this: Gordon Ramsay's daughter, Matilda Ramsay, joins as a guest judge, as the panel challenges the remaining 13 young home cooks to make one of their favorite treats: doughnuts; the chefs have an hour to prepare two types of donut holes and display them. I'm all caught up with this one. Is anyone else watching that would want to chat? I'll do a page if anyone would like me to. Looks like Ghosts is a repeat again. There is that "How We Roll" show one as well but not going to bother with a page. We will see if I even bother to watch. Sort of on the fence. "Big Sky: Dead Man's Float", Season 2, Episode 14, 10 pm on ABC Episode synopsis reads like this: Jenny makes a violent decision that puts a Bhullar target on her back; Veer questions his children's ability to lead and makes a major personnel decision; a grieving father tears up the town over his son's death. Know nothing about this one. WM? Friday, April 8th
Wide Open. Last week we started a watch through the first season of "Raising Dion". Ali is not available this week, so we won't be continuing. Will probably take a week of of any chats unless someone has an idea. Also, still worried about Ololuge. It has been a couple of months since she has commented anywhere. Praying for her that she is doing well, and nothing is seriously wrong. Hope she drops in soon to let us know. These are my rat musings for the day. If anyone has anything to add, please do so in the comments.
