Hello RTV People HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE! See link in comments to join the conversation on the "annual New Years EVE Look Back At The Year TV Wise" page. I rushed through it so am depending on you all to add your thoughts in the comments. If you are all caught up on anything you care about from last night's TV, you are safe to enter. Truth be told, this page has become a pretty fun one, full of randomness. No one here will post anything that hasn't already aired on TV. You only need to worry if you missed something from last night that you don't want spoiled! So if you are NOT caught up on LAST NIGHT'S TV..... yada, yada, yada. Have a great day!

Hello RTV Fanatics Unite fans! From Ricky the Rat, Rufus the Rat Terrier, And, of course me, Catlover04! Hello RTV people, There really isn't a lot to look forward to this week television-wise. This will be a very, very short page- which is probably good for me. I've been on a serious "Doctor Who" binge all day. And I have a very early morning tomorrow. Ahh... Doctor Who. It's been a while since I've seen some of these older episodes, and I just happened to turn it on right at the beginning of a batch that I very much consider a favorite for me. It's the "Amy and Rory" story of the Matt Smith years: "The soldier who stayed". Such fun to relive. It's been so long since I've had a day off to just do nothing, I gotta say.... it was fantastic. So it's the final week of a very long year. Not even a lot of good TV moments to recall for the spring, summer and fall of 2020... with the exception of Survivor 40! Spring 2020 was fantastic for Survivor Fans. And also Survivor Australia fans for their nicely done All Star season. Usually on New Year's Eve I do a "Best Of The Year TV Moments" page. But is there enough to actually fill one page? "Survivor 40" and "Australian All-Star". The wonderful "Zoey" show with an outstandingly performed but very sad finale. The invasion of "The Masked Singer" brought some fun moments, for sure. I might need some help coming up with some things to include so instead of me doing a long page... I might just start one then invite you all to help me recall anything - ANYTHING AT ALL! - that might be considered a memorable moment from the year 2020. Now, moving on to what little this week has to offer... Sunday, December 27th The Masked Dancer Premiere: "Everybody MASK Now!", 8 pm on FOX The first group of five celebrities dance; the host and panelists try to guess their identities based on clues within their routines. First, "The Masked Singer" is a very fun show. And now, "The Masked Dancer". Can't wait to check this out. Hosted by Craig Robinson ("The Office") with panelists Ken Jeong (of course), Ashley Tisdale ("High School Musical" movies - "Suite Life of Zach and Cody" is what I know her from the best), and Paula Abdul (I think). This could be a lot of fun. I'm in. Anyone else? That's it for Sunday, unless you're a football fan. And this isn't the "official" time slot for the show. I think it's ... Tuesday? Or maybe Wednesday. Not sure. Monday, December 28th Nothing on Monday of interest to me. May as well fill the page with cute pictures. Tuesday, December 29th Nope - nothing new here of interest to me again. But there is an episode of "To Tell The Truth" on at 8 pm on ABC. Not a new one but I don't think it's one I've seen. "Celebrity panelists are Mario Cantone, Raven Symoné, Rita Moreno and Deon Cole." I don't recall this set of panelists but I could be wrong. (You did indeed see this one, Catlover. Eighty-something Rita Moreno, her mind still as sharp as a tack! And it reminded you that you are outraged that they are daring to do a REMAKE of her Oscar-winning film "West Side Story"! Even having the legendary Steven Spielberg direct it lessens your anger!) Kind of a fun show. AND there is an episode from last season of "The Resident" on at 8 pm and and episode from last season of "The Prodigal" on at 9 pm. Fox preparing us for new seasons of both shows I guess. Ho hum... Wednesday, December 30th Nope... still nothing new. Just a lot of repeats. I will probably work on finishing my season one "Zoey" watch because I noticed that when number two starts, the first one will be pulled from Hulu. Why do they do that? No idea. Or maybe the "Doctor Who" binge will continue. Depends on who's home. We'll see. These guys are making their own fun. :-}} (Adorable!) The Goldbergs also on tonight. I think it's an old episode, but.... cute dog in the cast. Thursday, December 31st As I've done in the past, I will do a New Year's Eve page to highlight good TV moments from the year - IF I can think of any. heh. I know there are a few New Year shows on this evening. The Ryan Seacrest one is what my family always watches - if we do one, that will be it. Not sure if I'll watch, though - depends on who is home. Or we might just movie watch. Haven't really planned yet. Anyway... Prayers for a ... ... for ALL of us all over the world! Friday, January 1st I will be very excited to be home all Friday too. Not seeing any new episodes of anything I care to watch. If anyone is interested in anything like a Survivor watch... let me know. These are my Rat Musings for the day. If I missed anything, or if you have something to add, please do so in the comments. Hello RTV People If you are all caught up on anything you care about from last night's TV, you are safe to enter. MERRY CHRISTMAS!Hello RTV People Considering this is a special day, I will dispense with the normal message here and say instead that I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas Day. We are celebrating with family as normal... for us. I've just finished final Christmas morning preparations while enjoying the music of the movie "White Christmas"; something I have done for many years. As I'm doing this, I am painfully aware that this may be the very last Christmas that all of my kids will be living here at home. Making me a bit sentimental. Still, Christmastime is a special time and I hope you all have a fantastic one. Take care and God bless you all. Catlover04 Have a wonderful Christmas Day!

Hello RTV Fanatics Unite fans! From Ricky the Rat, Rufus the Rat Terrier, And, of course me, Catlover04! Hello RTV folks.. BIG WEEK for all of us as it is... CHRISTMAS WEEK! Merry Christmas to you all! I never got around to doing a Christmas page. Strange year, 2020. I know we are all a bit weary and worn out. Praying for everyone to have a nice break from a that as we celebrate the Christmas season. We should use these daily pages to have a Holiday party all week long. Favorite movie / TV Christmas clips. Songs. Memories while we gear up for Christmas and New Years and the end of this long, long year. I will start. Since I didn't get to see her on TMS (when I was convinced she was half of the duo Barn Owls), how about a nice Amy Grant Christmas song: One of my favorites. And I have so many. Will do my best to remember to use the daily page this week for Christmas fun. Now, moving on to our TV week: Sunday, December 20th And to start our week: as mentioned last Sunday, tonight is our annual viewing of the "not really a Christmas movie but still a wonderful film which for some reason has been designated a Christmas picture even if it is not in any way about the Christmas season"... "The Sound of Music", 7 pm on ABC "I have confidence in sunshine; I have confidence in rain; I have confidence that spring will come again.... " Ahhh... great words to live by. "Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens Brown paper packages tied up with strings These are a few of my favorite things" "Doe... a deer, a female deer / Ray... a drop of golden sun" / Just a sampling of some of the wonderful songs you will be regaled with if you watch this movie. It's a lovely opportunity to chat through one of the classic movies of our time. So grab a bowl full of popcorn (or your snack of choice) and a glass of whatever... and join us as we chat and sing our way through this wonderful Holiday (no, not really in any way Christmas) favorite. Monday, December 21st "The Bachelorette: Tayshia, Season 16 Episode 12, 8 pm on ABC "Tayshia takes her relationships with Brendan, Ivan and Zac to the next level in the fantasy suites; JoJo Fletcher and Rachel Lindsay lend Tayshia their support and advice." WM? We suspect no "windmill" jokes tonight, except on our board! Tuesday, December 22nd "The Bachelorette: Tayshia, The Men Tell All" Season 16 Episode 13, 8 pm on ABC More of this.... "When Tayshia introduces the remaining bachelors to her family, her father voices concerns that she might make a big mistake; on proposal day, Tayshia is overcome with emotion." (That is an error: "The Men Tell All" was last week. Tuesday is the the season finale - traditionally, proposal, acceptance and "After the Finale Rose", with accompanying false suspense creation and manufactured drama to create (nonexistent) doubt in the audience's mind. Even less for ATFR this year, since we already know who the next "bachelor" is. Wednesday, December 23rd Not much to see here. Christmas Eve Eve. I'm sure I will have a ton of stuff to do. If TV happens at all, it will be Christmas something. Thursday, December 24h HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVE Wish I could find THESE in my stocking! Another great - and ACTUAL - Christmas movie will air this night. Frank Capra's classic "It's A Wonderful Life" I'm sure everyone will be busy with their own families, and I have an actual copy of this movie on hand that I can watch whenever. But it IS a great one. If anyone was interested in a Christmas day chat through this great old classic, let me know. Where you might here this..... "Buffalo gals won't you come out tonight / Won't you come out tonight / Won't you come out tonight / And dance by the light of the moon." "I wish I had a million dollars... HOT DOG!" "Hark the Herald Angels Sing; Glory to the Newborn King!" George Bailey... the richest guy in town! "Every time a bell rings, an angel gets it's wings." Atta boy, Clarence. Ah... such a wonderful and inspiring movie about one man, in his most desperate moment one Christmas Eve, learning just how valuable and precious his life truly is. One of the greatest classics of all time! Friday, December 25th Merry Christmas Hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas day! One more favorite... let's see. How about one by Lauren Daigle. Believe it or not, it was our own Mike C who introduced me to her. She has become a favorite. And if you're an American Idol fan, you know THIS guy: Danny Gokey - who I have always thought bears a slight resemblance to Iron Man (Robert Downey, Jr) I'm going to pretend that the Barn Owls on TMS (weren't they the "Snow" Owls, or am I confusing them?) were REALLY Amy Grant and Vince Gill as I listen to this beautiful song written by Amy many years ago (but so appropriate for today). I have so many favorites. I could be doing this all night. Think I'll stop here and save some for another day. These are my Rat Musings for the day. If I missed anything, or if you have something to add, please do so in the comments. Merry Christmas and Happy Sunday! Hello RTV people! QOTROS here filling in for CatLover
