Hello Survivor fans, Just looking at that pic, lots of memories of this season come to mind. As I recall, there was some nastiness among the players for a couple of episodes. But we aren't going to focus on that. We are going to focus on how much fun being introduced to Keith Nale in the game of Survivor was. I probably will be blowing in a little bit late; can't be helped. I can't imagine I won't be ready to go at least by 8:30, nine at the latest. Also, I did hear from both Tigger and DNA and while they both would love to join us, their work hours interfere with evening chats. Never heard from ConorL. Past seasons of Survivor are easily accessible here in the US through Paramount Plus or Hulu. Outside the US and want to play along? Or inside the US and don't have either of these sources? There are ways. Just let us know. Anyone care to begin a rewatch of season 29 of "Survivor"?

Hello Survivor fans, Castaways must negotiate with Angelina to earn a big pot of rice for the entire tribe; the castaways put their best foot forward to earn immunity at the next tribal council.
"Their BEST foot forward". A challenge involving "all feet / no hands?" The Aussies had one of those this past season. And last week had a gnarly-feet-covered-in-mud-grinding-in-horrible-pain challenge too. An episode titled "Under the Wing of a Dragon" should include an appearance of Coach, the legendary "Dragonslayer", right? Or at least a Probst reference to him? Perhaps he'll say the most famous (well, at least in my mind) quote of Survivor Tocantins "Sierra is the bowel movement that comes out of the dragon when you slice its head off." Hello Survivor fans, A war between old tribes risks creating a shift in power; castaways get twisted and caught up in the immunity challenge; Caroline freaks out.
I have nothing to go on about here (well, the previews showed Caroline getting hysterical as she tangled herself deeper in the ropes; that should provide some good laughs). I'm glad I don't attempt recapping anymore; I'm just not enthusiastic enough about this season to care. You know WM, maybe we'd enjoy this season more if we started creating our own "NGH"s again. What we could come up with might be more entertaining than the season itself, heh! Who wants to live chat "Survivor" at 8 pm? Hello Survivor Fans, Castaways must find the key to unlock a new twist in the game; one castaway finds themself stuck between a rock and a hard place.
There IS a new Survivor though...and the merge has "officially" happened! We are now playing an individual game, and there are real idols and fake idols in abundance! Hello Survivor fans, The tribes pack their bags and prepare to meet each other on the same beach; one castaway risks getting caught up in their own web of lies.
Now that the greatness that is "Australian Survivor" has ended, will I be able to find some interest in this season? Remains to be seen. So far, not really feeling it but I'm sure I'll stick it out. Odd that the synopsis doesn't call it a "merge"; or that last week's preview just showed Probst saying "Drop your buffs!" Yep, we're being mis-directed..... **Isn't it too early for a merge? Tribe swap maybe? Well, they started with eighteen, six have left, so that leaves twelve now. Don't know if that's too many for a merge. Tribe swap for two tribes of six? Maybe. In the new era, there's been one week of the tribes staying together with some twist (the legendary turn-back-time-breaking-the-hourglass move, which made you hate season 41 #HeeHeeHee). That could happen this week, with the "official" merge taking place next Wednesday. Who wants to live chat "Survivor" at 8 pm? |
