COME ON IN, GUYS! The remaining five castaways must overcome multiple obstacles to guarantee they cannot be voted out; with the final immunity of the season comes the power to choose who has to earn their way to the final three; one castaway is crowned "Sole Survivor".
The three-hour marathon finale is tonight. I'm still hoping Charlie and Marie can both make the final four. Some are predicting a Kenzie win. Not sure I really care THAT much, heh. The season has been so "meh" for me. Who wants to Live Chat "Survivor" at 8 pm?

COME ON IN, GUYS!! Castaways fight for their chance to win letters from home; alliances begin to crumble and individual plans emerge after players compete in a race of balance, speed and puzzle skills to earn immunity and a spot in the final five. The big finale for "Survivor 46" is next week. I'm still sort of meh on this season. I heard Shannen Guss and Kelly Wentworth say on the RHAP "Know-It-Alls" (apparently these two are the female version, sitting in for usual hosts Rob C and Fishbach) that Wednesday's episode made this the week that the season decided to be a good one. I don't know. "46" will not be high on my own list. We will see, based on who wins, just how low it goes. Who wants to live chat "Survivor" at 8 pm? _______________ For those who missed this yesterday: the HUGE news in the Survivor world is that the "Australian Survivor" franchise is trying hard to create an "AU versus USA" Survivor season happen. They are working to put together a cast NOW! So it's time for us to speculate on who in our long US history should get the invite to play! And for those who know the Australian players... well, I see no world in which Feras Besal, (self-appointed) King George, and Luke Toki are not in the mix. David Genat? Hayley (absolutely essential! No Hayley, call the season off!) Maybe Shonee (though she has a baby now so might not want to be away that long). And the BIG question is, what of Nina Diaz-Twine? She's the ONLY American contestant to have only played in Australia (no appearances on the USA game). Does she play with her native US, or with the Aussies, since she is technically an Australian Survivor star? I read a comment yesterday that doing this so close to the milestone USA season 50 might be a problem: would all of our great players prefer to be in that cast instead? But they can't ALL be, right? This will be fun to guess about. Who wants to speculate with me? And the most important question of all is, can we convince the powers that be to let this season air in the US? Pretty please? COME ON IN, GUYS! A massive hunt for the last hidden immunity idol of the season; castaways begin to question whether their resumes are enough to win the title of Sole Survivor; in a test of precision, castaways compete for immunity and a spot in the final six.
I must say, my enthusiasm for this season is depleting. Many feel that Charlie and Maria are in trouble (he for his challenge wins, she for her strategy). They are a great duo, and we will lose one of them this week (that's the word on the RHAP podcast, anyway). And they are the only two I would care to see win at this point. So come on, C and M! Prove them all wrong! Maria needs to find the idol. Charlie needs to win immunity. Then maybe they can save this season for me! Who wants to live chat "Survivor" at 8 pm? COME ON IN, GUYS! An outburst resulting from the reward challenge could lead to a strategic shift in this week's target; an eerie sense of agreeability around camp causes castaways to second-guess their vote before tribal council.
I'm still heartbroken over the loss of (idol-carrying) Hunter; if it wasn't for Charlie and Maria, I might be done. But I still like those two and hope they are able to save the season for me. (I'm very concerned about the previews for this week, which showed Maria seemingly plotting with Q and describing a potential "game-winning move". If it really WAS such a move, would it be promoted like this [#SureWouldnt)? And could conspiring with Q EVER be a good move? I'm praying for some red herringing going on - or my sweetheart Maria might be heading to Jury Villa tonight! And two of Catlover's three faves defeated in consecutive weeks? We cannot have this! Why, Ben would have to be re-upgraded back to "favourite" status again!) Who wants to live chat "Survivor" at 8 pm? COME ON IN, GUYS! Confusion and chaos continue to make waves throughout camp after a shocking tribal council; castaways must test their balance to earn safety and a spot in the final eight.
Finally got an accurate episode synopsis! The last tribal council WAS confusion and chaos. Who wants to live chat "Survivor 46" at 8 pm? COME ON IN, GUYS! After a big blindside, multiple castaways claim credit for the elimination, stirring the pot among their fellow tribemates.
I assume they mean the Soda blindside. I've already forgotten whose idea it was except that we all thought it was Tevin's ... and he didn't actually vote for her. (Dalton Ross suggested Tevin's vote was a cautionary one in case Soda played her Shot-In-The-Dark. It makes perfect sense. But why would they not televise that? Perhaps they will tonight.....) Who wants to live chat "Survivor" at 8 pm? COME ON IN, GUYS! A rogue vote at the last tribal council launches a blame game throughout camp; players must keep their balance to keep their game alive and win immunity.
Yes, the episode is REALLY titled "Episode Several". Jelinsky lives on! And "Several means seven" will follow him around for the rest of his life! Funny. Okay, I'm confused... was there a rogue vote LAST tribal? Now, there was two TCs ago, when Moriah threw hers at Ben. And then paid the price last week with a.... unanimous vote off, right? So she won't be around to pay for the "rogue" vote again. So what is the synopsis referring to? Am I forgetting something about last week? Who wants to live chat "Survivor Episode SEVERAL" at 8 pm? Hello Survivor fans, Castaways hit the round grunning to figure out where the cracks are within the other tribes; the players hope to find new life in the game if they can earn the merge.
"Earn" the merge? Oh dear God, does this mean the merge might be "turned back" for a completely idiotic reason that only Probst will want? Has he not learned that the entire audience is through with this? Who wants to live chat "Survivor 46" at 8 pm? COME ON IN, GUYS! A castaway's memory must serve them well on a journey for an advantage; tensions run high as the hunt for an immunity idol sends one tribe on a wild goose chase.
Now that the edit doesn't have to completely focus on the drama of Bhanu, maybe we can get some good game play out of the rest of the cast? Bhanu really did suck all the air out of the room, didn't he? Way too much screen time. Way too much drama. Way too much.... Bhanu. Time to move on. (Seriously, no mention of a tribe swap? They are really going to run with only three Yanu and a full six Siga and five Nami? Okay....) Maybe it's caused by coming off what has been called worldwide as the BEST "Survivor" season of any version, anywhere: "Australian Survivor: Titans versus Rebels". But I'm becoming so critical of our current USA season. Now that the distraction is over and this will be all I'm focusing on, perhaps I'll start enjoying 46 more. Who wants to live chat "Survivor 46" at 8 pm? COME ON IN, GUYS! A castaway must deal with the aftermath of oversharing (Bhanu?) with other tribe members during a journey; one castaway attempts to take the game into their own hands to avoid getting their torch snuffed.
You know what is making this season a lot more fun for me? Giving time to the antics of RHAP. It features the "Know-It-Alls", hosted by Rob Cersternino and Steven Fishbach. They have been doing this for years - and it's quite entertaining. The post-show recap often has a guest with Rob C. The last one I listened to had guest Rick Devens - who, as you all know, I always loved on "Edge of Extinction" (even if the rest of the Survivor fandom didn't). And yesterday, I discovered a new one called "Club Condo" which gave us a look at the funny side of things - such as... Bhanu: "I'm NOT an actor." Liz: "Unless he's Leonardo Decaprio or something, he was genuine." Guess what? His bio says he is an "IT Quality Analyst". So please explain how his IMDB page contains a demo reel of him in a AAA commercial, and a bunch of photos of him in costume in various projects that he's done. Hmmm ..... Bhanu Gopal - IMDb Sort of makes that "I'm NOT an Actor" line sound a little bit, er... sarcastic, or something. If you have an hour today, the Club Condo podcast was quite entertaining. Co-hosted by RHAP favorite Chappelle, the discussion covers a range of topics from Bhanu's MIRACLE (causing Rob and Chappelle to visit church last Sunday - whatever gets you there, man); a controversial tweet by BB 15 winner Andy Herron (as I recall, this was one BB season I tried to watch with you all but the cast was so terrible, I quit halfway through [yes, that racist season routinely tops every list of "Worst Big Brother USA Seasons") which sparked a Survivor US/AU comparison; a special visit by season 45 quitter (in episode one), Hannah Rose (who is quite hilarious herself, actually), and this expose` on Bhanu: "I'm NOT an Actor"... or IS he? Fun podcast. Gave me lots to chuckled about in my last hour of work yesterday.
