Hello Survivor Fans, Tribes must snake their way toward the win for immunity and reward; paranoia starts to set in over a looming suspicion; lines are drawn in the sand at tribal council.
Love the title. Who are the two "dorks", I wonder? The premiere episode is in the books. It was okay. A couple of confusing decisions from our new players. I've been puzzling over blowing your "shot in the dark" in the first episode. Not just one... but two people. Mind blower. I'm sure it was simply a case of feeling "spooked" not really feeling safe but come on. They ALL knew who the target was (No, Bruce was smart to use his. His arm was in a sling; he was especially vulnerable. If there was an actual female alliance, he would absolutely have been their alternate choice against Brandon) ..**You mean MATT, WM If you can't make it through the first tribal council you are in without feeling the need to use the one sure lifeline you have... how do you intend to make it through the entire twenty-six days? (Should be thirty-nine hee hee). What will you do the next time you feel spooked? Unbelievable. (Catlover, SOMEBODY goes home in every first tribal; holding back because you MIGHT need it later if you're target. Bruce now has a strong alliance with the other two men. This might have been the only time he would have needed it). ** Again, you mean Matt. My response to WM's inserts: no Bruce is the one who got injured and sent home. Matt is the one who climbed a big rock and got injured, though not seriously, putting his arm in a sling. I went and read Dalton because I couldn't remember people at all... heh. But what I thought I was remembering was that they all were going to vote Brandon - at the constant urging of Maddy. One lost her vote already. So that leaves five. If Maddy had convinced them all to vote Brandon and Brandon played his idol whoever it was that Brandon voted for would be the one leaving. If it is true that Matt is the one that whispered a warning at Brandon as Dalton suggested, then he should have been confident that Brandon's vote wouldn't go his way. That's what I meant. Maybe we can give a slight pass to Matt (but I don't think he really deserves one) due to his injury. But Jaime blowing hers made zero sense. Survivor newbie spooked at the first tribal council when she had no reason to worry, is what that was. The conversation you missed if you didn't visit Sunday's Rat Page. heh.
